Dan-Tech Energy specializes in the development, testing and manufacturing of custom rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs as well as matching chargers. The company supports projects across the entire process: cell selection and pack configuration, development and programming of the battery management system (BMS), housing and connector design, prototyping, certification (UN 38.3, IEC 62133-2, UL) as well as series production in small and medium lot sizes. Production uses automatic welding machines and automated assembly lines with Industry 4.0 technology; an in-house test laboratory tests cells and packs for performance and safety. Fields of application include drones & UAV, robotics, medical technology, eMobility, security and surveillance technology, telecommunications as well as portable energy storage up to 5 MWh. Reference customers include Inspira Technologies (ECMO devices), IVT Medical, OrSense and UPnRIDE. The company has been operating from Tel Aviv since 2003, with headquarters, R&D and engineering in Tel Aviv (Kiryat Atidim), production and sales at Dan-Tech Energy GmbH in Berlin, as well as advanced manufacturing capacities in Shenzhen, China.
