About Us

Daniel Linder GmbH welding & melting is a certified welding company in Winterthur specialising in demanding welding work, repair welding and heat treatment. In the 400 m² welding shop with cranes up to 5 t, welded constructions, hardfacing and modifications to heating boilers, ships, plants, machines and test benches are produced. The company joins difficult-to-weld materials and material combinations and holds more than one thousand validated welding procedure qualifications (WPQR) under various standards. In addition, welding procedure specifications (WPS), welding plans, test specifications, non-destructive testing (PT, VT Level 2) and welding defect analysis are offered. For heat treatment, a calibrated air-circulation furnace (max. 1050 °C, 2 t load capacity) and a mobile resistance annealing unit for on-site deployments are available. Customers include small and medium-sized enterprises as well as international corporations from mechanical engineering, pressure vessel construction, shipbuilding and plant engineering.
