DANZ GmbH Stahl- und Behälterbau manufactures metal products for tank and apparatus construction in Eußenheim, Bavaria. The production programme covers pressure vessels and storage tanks, heat exchangers, steam and hot water generators, steel and partial component construction as well as customer-specified tanks and special constructions such as hydraulic tanks, gas heat exchangers, vulcanisation boilers, tube condensers and storage tanks to DIN 6618. On more than 4,200 m² of covered hall space, components are manufactured with dimensions of up to a diameter of 3.8 m, a length of 20 m, a unit weight of up to 20,000 kg and a maximum wall thickness of 18 mm. Materials processed include unalloyed and alloyed steels such as S235JRG2, P265GH and P355NL1 as well as stainless materials such as 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4571, 1.4539 and 1.4828; welding processes are MAG, TIG, manual electrode and submerged arc. The company is certified according to AD-2000 Merkblatt HP0 / TRD 201, DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN EN ISO 9001 and manufactures according to the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. With approval under GGVS and ADR, tanks for tank trucks are also manufactured.
