About Darguner Brauerei

Darguner Brauerei GmbH produces beer and non-alcoholic beverages at its site in Dargun, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The range includes pilsner, helles, beer specialities, natural radler and non-alcoholic beer mixed drinks; in addition, energy drinks, soft drinks and water are produced. The products are made according to traditional Mecklenburg brewing art using brewing water from deep wells in the region, barley malt, hops and hop extract. A significant share of production is carried out as private labels for retail chains, especially Netto; the brewery is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Danish Harboes Bryggeri A/S. Annual capacity is around 1.5 million hectolitres of beer and 1.5 million hectolitres of non-alcoholic beverages, which are exported to more than 90 countries. The company received the DLG Federal Honour Award for fruit beverages (2015) and for beer (2016).
