About Das CNCwerk
Das CNCwerk manufactures CNC turned parts, CNC milled parts and complex assemblies based on customer drawings and 3D models. Production takes place on its own machinery in Haiger as well as through a network of long-standing, vetted partner companies in Germany and abroad, providing a permanent capacity of more than 8,000 machine hours. The service portfolio includes CNC milling, CNC turning, laser cutting, assembly manufacturing including procurement of DIN and standard parts, functional testing, design work and surface treatments. Manufacturing covers everything from single pieces to series production with the tightest tolerances; around 50,000 different components are produced annually with a complaint rate of less than 0.5%. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering, special machinery construction and thin-film technology. A final inspection of all parts is carried out before shipping; quotations are prepared within 48 hours.
