About us
DATASCHALT engineering GmbH, based in Lübeck, develops and realizes electronic systems from the first idea through to series production. The company supports customers throughout the entire product life cycle: electronics, software and system development, PCB design, embedded and PC software, mechanical and enclosure design, HMI concepts, prototype construction, series production, EMS services and international sourcing. Products include operating and control solutions for continuous industrial use, highly reliable electronics for mission-critical applications, and pressure-waterproof components such as pushbuttons, lights, cameras and evaluation units for maritime use above and below water. Materials used include stainless steel 1.4404 and 1.4571 (V4A) as well as plastics such as polycarbonate and acrylic. The systems are designed for extreme environmental conditions with high requirements for watertightness, shock and vibration resistance and EMC. Customers come from the maritime sector, the professional cleaning machine industry, the caravan market and intralogistics with industrial trucks. Around 50 employees work at one site in Lübeck.
