Daub CNC Technik GmbH & Co. KG in Wenden manufactures CNC-machined aluminium and plastic enclosures for electronic applications – from 19-inch inserts to custom special solutions based on customer drawings. The portfolio includes enclosure systems, front panels, enclosure handles, profile heat sinks and liquid heat sinks for passive heat dissipation in electronic assemblies. Manufacturing covers CNC milling, sawing, printing and labeling as well as surface finishing through anodizing (natural or black), passivation of conductive interior surfaces and painting. Materials are primarily extruded aluminium and plastics. The aluminium enclosures offer protection up to IP68 and, thanks to passivated, conductive interior surfaces, are EMC-shielded. Using a large warehouse and a standard range, the company adapts existing enclosures individually and manufactures front panels in both small and large quantities. Customer industries include switchgear construction, measuring instruments, medical technology and communication technology.
