About Daub Maschinenbau
Daub Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Birkenfeld (Baden-Württemberg), has been designing and constructing devices, machines, and special purpose machinery from concept to commissioning since 1981. The focus is on machines and systems for the rational production of lye products: dipping machines for drenching and submerging dough, conductivity measurement systems for automatic lye dosing and mixing, lye feeding systems for existing plants, flour spreaders, separation machines for baguettes and rolls, and work tables for lye products. The products are developed virtually using the 3D CAD software Solidworks before manufacturing. The company has operated as Daub Maschinenbau GmbH in the second generation since 2006 and mainly supplies the bakery trade domestically and internationally. Machines such as the submerging unit DB-40 or the drenching machine DB-240A-4 are manufactured in-house and commissioned at the customer site.
