Supplier for mechanical engineering

Daus Bearbeitungstechnik e.K. is a metalworking supplier based in Kleinwallstadt in Lower Franconia. Since 1980, first under founder Wolfgang Daus and since 2016 under master precision mechanic Thomas Büttner, the company has manufactured supplier parts for general mechanical engineering. Production comprises CNC turning and milling – larger series as well as individual workpieces based on CAD data, drawings or samples. The machine park includes CNC lathes with turning diameters up to 250 mm and lengths up to 1000 mm as well as milling machining centres including 5-sided machining (DMG DMU 50) with working envelopes up to 1700 x 400 x 450 mm. The machines are programmed using the Surfcam CAM software, enabling complete machining in a single operation without repeated re-clamping. In addition to turning and milling, band sawing is part of the range of services. A cooperation partnership exists with IRB Werkzeugbau GmbH in Kleinwallstadt.
