DAYCO GmbH is a manufacturer of boxspring beds and mattresses based in Porta Westfalica. Production is 100 percent in Germany on a 14,000 square meter site with around 7,400 square meters of production and warehouse space. The products are handcrafted from slow-growing woods, high-quality foams and premium fabrics. Customers can individually configure fabrics, colors and legs; options include, among others, 5-zone pocket spring mattresses in four firmness levels as well as five topper variants. Buyers are the upscale bedding retail trade and the hotel industry. Thanks to permanent stock-keeping of all raw materials, the company is, according to its own statements, flexible and fast in delivery. In addition, DAYCO GmbH offers an exhibition with trial sleeping at its Porta Westfalica location.
