About DC SWISS
DC SWISS SA, based in Malleray (Switzerland), develops and produces threading tools for conventional thread cutting, thread forming, rigid tapping (synchronous threading), thread milling and thread whirling as well as nano threading tools from 0.3 mm diameter. The standard program comprises over 8'200 items; in addition, customer-specific special tools with material-specific cutting geometries and coatings are developed. Tools are manufactured in tool materials such as HSS, HSSE, HSSE-PM and solid carbide. In addition to tool manufacturing, the company offers an SCS-accredited calibration laboratory for thread gauges and nano thread gauges, a Test Center, training and application consulting. Sales companies are located in Cologne (Germany), Rho (Italy) and Sheffield (UK). The tools are used in general mechanical engineering, aerospace, medical technology, the watch and jewelry industry, power generation and automotive.

Quality
DC SWISS operates an SCS-accredited calibration laboratory (DC NANO TOOLS SA) for thread gauges and nano thread gauges in the range of 0.1 to 3.5 mm. The nano gauges are manufactured to stricter production requirements than those prescribed by the applicable standards; a Test Center supports process design.
