DDT Dichtungstechnik GmbH, based in Senden (Ottmarsbocholt) in the Münsterland region, is a specialist in standard seals and custom seals. Production takes place in its own plant on CNC machines based on samples, drawings or exact installation dimensions – as individual items or in series – up to a diameter of 1500 mm. The product range includes wipers, piston seals, rod seals, guide rings, rotary seals, backup rings and flat seals. Common sealing materials such as polyurethane (HPU/PU), NBR, FPM/FKM, EPDM, silicone, PTFE, POM and PA (PA 6 G) are used; a material consultation with data sheets is available. DDT seals are used particularly in fluid systems, such as hydraulics. The company complements its offering with consultation and application concepts for suitable sealing solutions.

Polyurethane
Particularly high performance in terms of mechanical load capacity, elasticity and gas tightness.
Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber
Resistant to hydraulic oil and acids, and insensitive to lubricating greases and gasoline.
Fluoro Rubber
Highly resistant to mineral oils, aromatic hydrocarbons and acids.
Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubber
Used for seals that must be resistant to hot water and steam; also available as EPDM KTW-FDA.
Silicone
Temperature-resistant and resistant to alcohols and ketones.
Polytetrafluoroethylene
Universally resistant, low-wear and exceptionally temperature-resistant, but with lower elasticity.
Polyoxymethylene
Thermoplastic with high stiffness, low friction values and very good dimensional stability.
Polyamide
Resistant to mineral oils, acids and diluted alkalis, used for backup and guide rings.
CNC Manufacturing
