About De Beeldenfabriek
De Beeldenfabriek has been creating photorealistic 3D visualisations for real estate developments for many years and has realised more than 1,000 projects. Its range of services includes Artist Impressions (3D renderings), 3D animations, product visualisations, 2D and 3D floor plans as well as virtual reality and virtual tours. In addition, the company develops its own interactive tools such as SmartView®, the virtual presentation tool SPOTLIGHT®, the data-driven property finder INSIGHT© and StillMotion®, an animated variant of Artist Impressions. For interior visualisations, twelve interior architects are available in-house who bring current living trends into the image design. The 40-strong team of architects, interior architects, 3D artists and technical specialists works at the office at the Port of Rotterdam. Clients include project developers operating nationally and internationally, such as AM, Ballast Nedam Development, Dura Vermeer, Heijmans Vastgoed, VORM Development and Christie's International Real Estate.
