About DeBaTec
DeBaTec UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Uhingen, is a technical project partner for CNC machining and welding processes in metal and component manufacturing. The company coordinates projects from enquiry to delivery, drawing on a network of vetted manufacturing partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina (nearshoring concept). Processes include 2-axis CNC turning and turning with driven tools, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling as well as MIG/MAG and TIG welding; through the partner network, more than 20 milling and more than 10 turning/machining centres are available. Production is carried out exactly to technical drawing in steel, aluminium and plastics – from individual parts and prototypes to small series and series production. DeBaTec primarily serves companies from industry as well as mechanical and plant engineering in the DACH market and sees itself as an intermediary between customer requirements and industrial manufacturing, with centralised quality assurance through its own organisation.
