DeCoSystem is an Italian company founded in 2001 that develops and manufactures inspection and quality control systems for raw or decorated items. The company was selected by leading printing press manufacturers to integrate its systems into their machines and, over more than a decade, evolved into a global leading provider of quality control for printing presses. The portfolio covers systems for screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, hot and cold embossing, digital printing and pad printing, with applications ranging from containers made of plastic, glass and aluminium to reel-to-reel labels and films and sheet-to-sheet cardboard and metal sheets, as well as specialised applications such as electric vehicle batteries. The systems are equipped with high-resolution cameras, custom lighting systems and image analysis algorithms and are fully developed, manufactured and commissioned in-house. With more than 2,000 installations worldwide, DeCoSystem offers turnkey delivery, online integration, software customisation and a technical service with fast response times.
