Since 2004, Decotec Sàrl has specialised in the service, repair, overhaul (rebuild) and maintenance of machine tools of the Tornos brand, in particular sliding headstock lathes (Décolleteuses), multi-spindle automatic lathes and bar feeders of the ENC, Deco, SAS, EvoDeco and SwissNano series. In its own workshop in Delémont, the five-person team carries out electrical and mechanical overhauls of, among other things, spindles and counter-spindles, crank-type NSK spindles, rotating tool holders and rotating guide bushings. The service portfolio also includes breakdown service, preventive inspection and predictive maintenance with inspection report, spare parts supply, commissioning and the installation of peripheral equipment such as BIJUR central lubrication, Meyrat high-frequency spindles, bar feeders, smoke extraction and high-pressure pumps. In addition, Decotec buys and sells fully overhauled used machines including tooling; together with Seuret SA, the company operates a joint showroom in Delémont. Customers include major watchmaking groups and more than 900 customers in French-speaking Switzerland, mainly from the screw-cutting industry and mechanical engineering.
