deer GmbH was founded in 2019 in Calw as a wholly owned subsidiary of Energie Calw GmbH and offers a comprehensive range of services relating to electric mobility. The service portfolio includes station-flexible e-carsharing, the e-car subscription deerAbo, corporate mobility for company fleets, solutions for the housing industry in residential quarters, the construction and operation of charging infrastructure, and municipal mobility services. The offering is complemented by a charging network for charging customers and the Shuttle Line with driver service for events, trade fairs and works traffic. The fleet consists of fully electric vehicles powered by 100 % green electricity. With around 1,020 e-cars, 30 e-carsharing stations, 1,020 charging points and 5,040 e-carsharing customers, deer states that it is one of the ten largest carsharing providers in Germany. At its headquarters in Calw, the deer Campus is being created as a modern working environment; another location is in Herrenberg/Gültstein. Customers include the state capital Stuttgart, the Stadtwerke Waiblingen and the Motorworld in Munich and Böblingen.
