DEHN SE is an internationally active family-owned electrical engineering company headquartered in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. Since 1910, the company has developed, manufactured and distributed products and solutions for lightning protection, surge protection and electrical safety, including arresters, earthing systems, connection terminals and protective equipment for safe work on electrical installations. Manufacturing comprises the production of components and devices, in particular using copper for lightning and earthing technology. The portfolio addresses applications ranging from residential and industrial buildings to data centres and hospitals, as well as power grids, photovoltaics, wind energy, e-mobility charging infrastructure, rail infrastructure, mobile communications and process technology including hazardous areas (Ex). In addition to products, the services include protection concept planning, laboratory testing, condition monitoring as well as seminars and e-learning. 2,530 people worldwide work for the company, which holds 720 active patents in the fields of lightning, surge and electrical safety protection.
