DEKEMA Dental-Keramiköfen GmbH develops and manufactures dental ceramic furnaces in Freilassing for dental laboratories, dental practices and milling centres. The product range includes firing furnaces (AUSTROMAT 220, 224, 624i G2), pressing furnaces with pressing system (AUSTROMAT 654i G2), sintering furnaces up to 1,600 °C with sintering capacities of ⌀ 65 mm and ⌀ 100 mm (AUSTROMAT 664i G2, 674i G2) as well as the trix™4all pressing system for multiple pressings with cast resin in 3D printing. Materials processed include firing ceramic, pressing ceramic, zirconia and cast resin. The Series i G2 furnaces feature a 10.4-inch touchscreen, IoT connectivity via OPC-UA, internet program streaming and quality management functions. The portfolio is complemented by the myDEKEMA app for controlling and monitoring the furnaces, the DEKEMA internet database as well as service and maintenance. Sales are handled worldwide through a dealer network.
