About Deliciel
Deliciel AG is a medium-sized Swiss commercial enterprise based in Birmenstorf in the canton of Aargau, specialising in the traditional production of patisserie as well as sweet and savoury baked goods. Since 1971, products such as slices, tarts, cakes, Swiss-style tarts (Wähen), mini patisserie and cakes have been made by hand, primarily for customers from gastronomy, system catering and events/catering. In addition, the company offers savoury snacks and canapés from its own production. For events and seasonal ranges, desserts are used that are cut with a waterjet cutting system. Deliciel also realizes individual product requests and special creations. The company has been part of the Swiss Haecky Group, based in Reinach BL, since 2013, and since 2018 has also produced own-production items of Ritz AG Laupen, including Ritz rolls, cakes and tarts.
