About Delta Druck
Delta Druck is an owner-managed sole proprietorship from Schwabach specializing in industrial 3D printing using HP's Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) process. The company produces functional prototypes, small series and end products from the engineering plastics PA12 and PA11 – from brackets, housings, adapters and fixtures to snap-fit connections and complex geometries with internal channels. The service portfolio includes a free CAD feasibility check, 3D CAD design, design optimization for 3D printing, consultation on process and material selection, as well as post-processing with surface treatment, coating and dyeing, up to assembly of parts into end products. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, orthopedics, electrical engineering, product development and consumer goods. The MJF process delivers tolerances of typically ±0.3 % and surface roughness of Ra 12–25 µm. Production takes place at the Klinggraben 35 location in Schwabach.

Materials and Processes
Polyamide 12
Standard material for dimensionally accurate, rigid and dimensionally stable parts such as housings, brackets, adapters and fixtures.
Polyamide 11 (bio-based)
Bio-based (often from castor oil), more flexible and more impact-resistant than PA12, suitable for dynamically stressed parts and snap-fit connections.
Multi Jet Fusion (HP)
Additive process with layer thicknesses of 0.08–0.1 mm, tolerances of typically ±0.3 % and surface roughness Ra 12–25 µm.
