About us
delta hydraulik GmbH, based in Baiersdorf near Erlangen, is a specialized company for industrial hydraulics. Its range of services covers the engineering and computer-aided design of hydraulic power units, controls and special components such as special tanks, special connector plates and control blocks, their manufacture, and the assembly of complete power units including cooling and filtration systems. In addition, it performs assemblies and hydraulic piping construction using the ring-form (Walform) and flaring methods for pipes up to Ø 60 mm, optionally with welded joints, as well as hose assembly. The company also carries out conversions, modernizations, repairs and overhauls of power units, pumps, valves, accumulators and cylinders, preventive maintenance with pressure, flow rate and particle measurements, and TÜV inspections of hydraulic accumulators in accordance with the Pressure Vessels Ordinance — also on site with a service van and mobile equipment fleet. As an authorized sales representative for, among others, Bosch-Rexroth, Mahle Filter, Hydac, Walterscheid, KTR and Danfoss, the company also supplies hydraulic components. Its customers include companies from mechanical engineering, press technology and test bench technology.

Quality & Inspections
Quality inspection includes pressure and flow rate measurements as well as particle measurements on running machines for preventive maintenance. TÜV inspections of hydraulic accumulators are carried out in accordance with the Pressure Vessels Ordinance in cooperation with the responsible TÜV.
