LOYTEC is a brand for intelligent building automation based in Vienna since 1999 and serves as a development and manufacturing site for automation servers (L-INX), I/O controllers and I/O modules (L-IOB), room automation (L-ROC), DALI lighting control (L-DALI), Bluetooth Mesh components (LOY-BT), routers and gateways, touch panels, and software tools. All products rely exclusively on open, standardized communication protocols such as BACnet, DALI, LonMark, SMI, MP-Bus, and IP technologies. Electronics manufacturing takes place at the headquarters in Vienna, which was expanded in 2013 with an additional production building; this is complemented by in-house energy management, heating and ventilation control (including VAV), and retrofit solutions (Upcycle your Space). Since April 2016, LOYTEC has been part of the Delta Group and serves as the Center of Excellence for its building automation business; operationally under Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Delta IBT) from March 1, 2026, with the renaming to Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Europe) GmbH. Customers include healthcare projects, office buildings, hotels, logistics centers, sports arenas, and educational institutions worldwide, sold via Competence Centers and distributors.
