About Delta Kunststoffe

Delta Kunststoffe AG is a company founded in 1994, headquartered in Weeze on the Lower Rhine, and employs around 80 staff. The company specialises in the development and manufacture of plastic compounds, colour and additive masterbatches, electrically conductive plastics and custom-tailored special compounds produced to customer-specific requirements. In addition to its own production, toll compounding is offered to clients. In-house material tests and analyses are carried out in the company's own laboratory, including mechanical, thermal, rheological and electrical testing methods; individual colour formulations and new customised materials are also developed there. Its customer industries include logistics, construction, artificial turf, sporting goods, household goods and toys, automotive and electrical engineering. A particular focus is placed on the use of recycled raw materials and resource-conserving handling of materials. Since 2022, the company has belonged to the international Kafrit Group.

Quality

Material tests and analyses are carried out in the in-house laboratory using standardised methods, e.g. tensile test, flexural test, Shore hardness, MFI/MVI via capillary rheometer, DSC, TGA, ashing as well as glow-wire and glow-wire flammability tests and electrical resistance measurements. The management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
