About DELTAFILTER
DELTAFILTER Filtrationssysteme GmbH was founded in 1990 in Speyer and is a manufacturer of filters and filter systems for aqueous, viscous, highly viscous and pasty media as well as for gases. The product range includes self-cleaning wedge-wire (edge gap) filters of the DELTA-STRAIN type, automatic backflushing filters and automatic filters, basket filters as single and duplex filters, cartridge filters, bag filters, strainer inserts (hat strainers), centrifugal separators, mobile filter units as well as quick-release lid closures and filter elements. Manufacturing is in welded construction from stainless steel and carbon steel as well as cast versions in stainless steel castings, grey cast iron and cast steel; filter elements are made from polypropylene, polyester, nylon and cotton. The manufacturing steps include laser material processing, welded fabrication, high-gloss polishing, coating as well as perforated and hardened filter elements. Design is carried out in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, and the filters are available ATEX-compliant for EX Zone 1 and 2. Customers include chemical and industrial companies, water treatment and the oil and gas industry, with sales conducted worldwide.
