DeLuTec GmbH, based in Burscheid, has been active as a manufacturer, distributor and dealer of industrial lubricants since 2003. The focus is on the production of customized metalworking fluids for machining as well as forming oils for wire drawing, stamping, deep drawing, rolling and fine blanking. The portfolio is complemented by corrosion protection oils in solvent-based, oil-based and water-based forms and technical lubricants such as hydraulic, slideway and gear oils. At its Burscheid site, the company operates its own analytical and development laboratory, among other things for the monitoring of water-miscible metalworking fluids in accordance with TRGS 611, the analysis of oils and lubricants, and tribological tests under REACH compliance.
