The value chain includes country management, direct import (Ex-Works, FOB), warehousing and logistics, sales via more than 15 independent sales agencies, key-account acquisition, customer support and back office, complaint and payment tracking, trade fair organization, and its own PR and marketing department. According to its own statements, more than 800 points of sale are supplied through this network, including leading department stores and retailers such as KaDeWe, Breuninger, Alsterhaus, Peek & Cloppenburg and About You. The company sees itself as a link between brands, sales agencies and retail customers.
