About Delvitech
Delvitech SA develops and manufactures AI-based 3D AOI and SPI inspection systems for SMT and THT PCB manufacturing. The patented optical sensor technology with up to six cameras combines true 3D metrology with proprietary neural network models and, according to the manufacturer, reduces false alarms by a factor of ten. With Horus, the company offers a platform for AOI and SPI (PCBs up to 560 × 550 mm, 5 kg), and with Aton a 3D AOI system for complex assemblies with component heights up to 140 mm and a board weight of 10 kg. The web-based NEITH software supports data management, defect prevention and first-pass yield in line with Industry 4.0 requirements. Research, development, prototyping and production take place entirely in Switzerland at the headquarters in Rancate; further branches exist in Germany, Italy, India and the USA, and a site in Singapore has been announced. Customers are found in electronics manufacturing, microelectronics and SMT/THT assembly.
