About us
delwo metall GmbH, headquartered in Neunkirchen (Saarland), is a stocking specialist for non-ferrous metal semi-finished products and stainless steel, metalworking, aluminium window sill systems and surface finishing. Its computer-controlled fully automatic high-bay warehouse stores more than 2,000 aluminium and stainless steel profile cross-sections as well as around 1,000 storage slots for rolled products; in total, approximately 3,000 tonnes of metal semi-finished products are permanently available. Processing includes cutting to size, CNC punching automation, folding, TIG welding, bending and roll bending, complemented by sheet-metal formed parts to drawing. The chromium-6-free powder coating system coats aluminium parts up to 900 x 8,000 x 2,000 mm in RAL, DB and NCS colours. Main customers are further-processing customers from the trades, retail and industry, especially from window construction, façade construction and ETICS (WDVS). Distribution is handled by an own fleet of 8 vehicles within a radius of approx. 300 km as well as by contract forwarders; in France, the sales subsidiary delwo métaux Sarl in Sarreguemines serves the customers. The company belongs to the alpha metall group.
