About Demak Group
Demak Group offers integrated potting solutions for electronic and electromechanical components. The portfolio includes both resin formulation and production as well as the development and production of dispensing machines – from compact dispensing solutions to fully automatic potting lines to vacuum dispensing systems with effective degassing. The resins used are mainly 2K epoxy and polyurethane resins: heat-curing epoxy resins for high-voltage applications, polyurethane resins for medium and low voltage as well as sensitive components. With the FomexOne product line, Demak offers FIPFG gasket systems (Formed in Place Foamed Gaskets) based on polyurethane for automotive sealing of housings, household appliances, lighting and filters. Application focus areas are e-mobility, including the encapsulation of electric traction motors, electrical insulation, LED encapsulation and optical bonding. A 360° consulting approach covers process, chemistry and design consulting from resin selection to the finished system. The offering is complemented by R&D, quality control, test laboratories as well as Kromex and doming solutions.

Two-component epoxy resin (2K)
Heat-curing, for high-voltage applications with high dielectric strength and higher thermal class.
Epoxy resin (Heat Curing Epoxy)
Good impregnation capability as well as excellent electrical, thermal and mechanical properties.
Polyurethane resin (2K)
For medium- and low-voltage applications as well as sensitive components, mechanically stable down to approximately -50 °C.
Polyurethane (Fluid, Thixotropic, Adhesive)
Basis for FIPFG foam gaskets on flat or inclined surfaces, in channels, or as an adhesive.

Quality
Demak maintains its own R&D departments, quality control and test laboratories. On the potting machine, the dispensed quantity is constantly monitored by a closed control loop between the electronic flow meter and the gear pumps.
