Demant SA is a family-owned company based in Düdingen (Switzerland) that has been manufacturing Swiss Made diamond tools for over 70 years. The portfolio includes custom diamond tools made of monocrystalline diamond (MCD) as well as PCD and CBN tools, special tools, standard diamond tools and a stock programme. Manufacturing comprises CAD 3D design, laser cutting / laser machining (PCD regrinding, MCD roughing), joint erosion (wire EDM of carbide, hardened steel, PCD and CBN), turning up to 25 mm diameter, 4-axis milling (5-axis by arrangement) and high-vacuum brazing on materials such as steel, carbide, molybdenum and heavy metals. In addition, the company offers regrinding of all diamond tool brands, process optimisation, spare parts and emergency service with pick-up service, as well as inspection reports with photos. All tools are manufactured entirely at the Düdingen site.
