About DEMGY
DEMGY designs and industrializes high-load plastic and composite components for aerospace, defense, medical technology, automotive, energy as well as sports, cosmetics and luggage. Under the circular Multiplasturgy® concept, the group bundles 15 technology fields in a one-stop shop: injection molding and micro injection molding, compression molding, toolmaking, stamp forming and thermocompression of thermoplastic composites, RTM, thermoforming, PCTFE/PTFCE extrusion, CNC machining of plastics and metals, additive manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly and recycling. Materials processed include high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PAI, PEI, polyimides, PPS, PTFE/PVDF/PCTFE, silicone as well as thermoplastic composites (PEEK/CF, PPS/C, PPS/GF) and the flax bio-composite FLAXCOMP®; additionally machining of aluminum and titanium. The stamping line is Airbus-qualified (AIPS/AITM) including ultrasonic testing. The group is represented with ten business units in France, Germany, Romania and the USA, with sales offices in Israel and the United Kingdom; the German production site is DEMGY Euskirchen.
