DEMIC Datentechnik GmbH is a family-owned high-tech company based in Neunkirchen (Rhein-Sieg district) with over 35 years of experience in control system development, dosing control and plant automation. The company develops and manufactures gravimetric dosing feeders (screw feeders), vibratory conveyors, platform scales, controllers, load cell acquisition and converter modules, operator terminals (HMI) and custom control solutions – from hardware and software development to control cabinet construction, assembly, commissioning and remote maintenance. The systems dose powders, granulates, fibres, liquids and pastes using gravimetric (loss-in-weight), volumetric and batch weighing methods (gain-in-weight), covering quantities from a few grams to several hundred kilograms, including micro-dosing. Key areas of application are in particular the plastics, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and recycling industries. In addition, DEMIC offers control retrofits, replacement and support of Brabender technology systems as well as controls for special machinery and laboratory systems. All components and software modules are developed in-house and manufactured and tested at the company's own facility in Neunkirchen.

Free-flowing and difficult-to-flow powders are dosed volumetrically or gravimetrically using screw feeders.
Granulates
Plastic granulates, recyclates and masterbatch are dosed continuously using gravimetric dosing feeders and vibratory conveyors.
Fibres
Light, bulky fibres are fed with adapted dosing technology, tangle-free and reproducibly.
Liquids
Dosing via various pump types (piston, diaphragm, gear) with heat tracing and weighing of the entire system.
Pastes
Viscous media are dosed using adapted control and pump technology, including in pharmaceutical and chemical applications.
Recyclates
Processed plastic recyclates with fluctuating properties are dosed stably by gravimetric control.
Gravimetric Dosing (Loss-in-Weight)
Continuous control of the actual mass flow including refill process for stable throughput rates.
Volumetric Dosing
Volumetric operation of screw feeders, including for difficult-to-flow powders.
Batch Weighing (Gain-in-Weight)
Batch-by-batch weighing of recipe components with documentation and traceability via the AIO-Control software.
Micro-dosing
