System solutions for the automation of thermal processes
Demig specializes in control and instrumentation technology for heat treatment systems and their automation. For over 40 years, the company has developed process controllers for mechanical engineering in-house, including the controller series DE-CP 5XX-01 and DE-CP 3XX-01, the compact controller series DE-CB 400, and the industrial terminal DE-BT 1200. The hardware products are complemented by the process control system prosys/2 (DE|SUPERVISE) and the configuration software Winconfig. In addition to product development, Demig offers services: consulting, training on plant technology, planning, as well as conversion and modernization of control and instrumentation technology, maintenance, repair, software updates, and loaner devices. Even predecessor models of the process controllers are supported beyond the usual warranty periods. The solutions are used, among others, in the metal processing industry, mechanical engineering, the food industry, glass and ceramics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, aerospace, semiconductors, and refrigeration and air conditioning technology. The headquarters is located in Siegen; another site is listed in Braunschweig.
