About us
Demmler Apparatebau GmbH manufactures prototypes, small and medium series in stainless steel, steel and aluminium at its Radolfzell-Markelfingen site. The core processes are CNC laser cutting with a Trumpf TruLaser 3030 (4000 W) for large-format sheet up to 3000 x 1500 mm and material thicknesses up to 20 mm, CNC bending technology, roll bending, MIG/MAG and spot welding, vibratory finishing, and the construction of metal structures. Sheet metal processing is carried out directly from CAD data in DXF and DWG format. In addition, pickling, glass bead blasting and powder coating are offered together with long-standing regional partners. Customers come primarily from the pharmaceutical and food industries, automation, drainage and air conditioning technology, and general mechanical engineering. Products manufactured include containers, enclosures, tube frames, laser parts, complex bent parts, trolleys and stainless steel ovens.

History
- 1980
Founded as a sole proprietorship by Werner Demmler; initial focus on saw sharpening services and general metalworking, soon specializing in stainless steel processing.
- 1983
Construction of a new workshop building in Unterdorfstrasse in Markelfingen; shortly afterwards, conversion into a GmbH.
- 2001
New production hall built in the newly developed industrial area in Markelfingen.
- 2013
