About Dencell
Dencell AG is a Swiss SME based in Regensdorf that has been offering products and services relating to electrification since 2014. The company develops and produces custom lithium-ion battery systems, swap batteries and complete drivetrain solutions, among other things based on a proprietary power module with its own BMS and lithium-ion cells in the 18650 format. The modular in-house production line enables high flexibility and scalability; automated welding of cell connections and continuous quality control are part of the standard process. The range of services includes electrification consulting, design concepts, prototype construction, tooling development as well as repair and on-site service via a nationwide service network in Switzerland in partnership with the sister company ETRIX AG. In addition, Dencell offers battery rental, mobile power generator solutions and second-life applications with reusable modules. A reference customer is Aebi with the electrically powered single-axle machine CC 140e (48 VDC, 8 kW) with swap batteries.
