Prefabrication for solid house construction
Dennert is a construction company founded in 1933 with its own prefabrication operation for solid house construction. At the plant, prefabricated modules for the ICON house are produced, which can be assembled on site in just one day. The BASE system comprises factory-made, water-impermeable wall elements for basements, which are bolted together using a force-fitting connection technology. The DX ceiling is delivered as a dry, ready-to-install component with patented clamping locks. In addition, Dennert operates one of Europe's large staircase factories and produces the lightweight aggregate AEROPOR, a non-combustible natural product. The products are aimed at the construction industry, solid house construction and prefabricated building.
