The dental-art GmbH team Erlangen (until January 2026 Dental-Art Helmreich & Abassi GmbH) operates a dental and training laboratory in Medizentrum II in the Röthelheimpark in Erlangen. The laboratory manufactures dental technology products as custom-made items, modifies and restores them – including dentures, dental crowns, full-ceramic inlays, zirconia bridges, VMK (metal-ceramic) crowns as well as orthodontic appliances and splints such as relax, performance and snoring splints. Materials used include lithium disilicate glass ceramic (IPS e.max), full ceramic, zirconium dioxide, VMK alloys and plastics for splints. Traditional dental craftsmanship is combined with digital workflows (CAD/CAM). In addition to manufacturing for dental practices, the company conducts dental technology training in its training laboratory. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Erlangen.
