DEPAIR SA is a Swiss manufacturer of ventilation monoblocs, also known as AHUs (air handling units). Based in Sierre in the canton of Valais, the company has been designing and manufacturing custom-built units since 1985, from in-house design through unit assembly to the control cabinet. Its scope of services includes retrofit and conversion of existing ventilation systems, control and automation solutions, commissioning and the 24/7 remote monitoring service Depair Connect. With the patented EC-SWAP module, existing systems can be converted to EC motor technology without changing cabling or the electrical control system; according to the manufacturer, energy savings of up to 70% are possible. Customers come from industry, healthcare, the tertiary sector, schools, shopping centres, airports, the watchmaking industry and public authorities.
