Der Hörakustiker is a network of over 700 owner-managed audiology specialist shops and their branches throughout Germany, with its headquarters in Münster. The member businesses are personally managed by master audiologists and offer hearing tests, hearing aid consultation and fitting, maintenance and repairs, as well as specialized knowledge on tinnitus, hearing protection, and pediatric audiology. The exclusive hearing system brands Audibel and SoniTon are available in all performance classes. McEmm, an ordering, sales, and information platform for network members containing almost 3,000 hearing system variants with data sheets and manufacturer information, plays a central role; members can also sell overstock devices through it. The businesses manufacture individual otoplastics based on anatomical impressions and fit in-the-ear and behind-the-ear hearing systems. The target group is end customers throughout Germany, supported by comprehensive coverage with approximately 450 member businesses.
