The Company
Der SL Profi is a family-owned company specializing in the manufacture of complex small components using the stereolithography process (SLA/SL). The additive rapid-prototyping process works with a liquid bath of photopolymer into which the workpiece is lowered step by step while a UV laser cures the desired geometry. The components are characterized by high precision, accurate fit, functionality, delicate structures and smooth surfaces. The materials used are photosensitive liquid epoxy resins, acrylates and elastomers, including the material SL(AC)2300, available since 2020. Production is based on the customer's three-dimensional CAD model. Stereolithography is the longest-established 3D printing process, and the company builds on the extensive experience it offers.
