Design94 is a sole proprietorship based in Drolshagen (North Rhine-Westphalia), run by owner and founder Thorsten Klein. The company develops and sells high-quality safety razors and shaving sets for men's grooming through its own online shop. The products feature an own, protected design and are made of titanium as well as in an aluminium variant (Aviation94). The surfaces are partially finished with a PVD coating (silver) or DLC coating (Diamond Like Carbon), which offers diamond-like hardness as well as good mechanical and chemical properties. A special feature of the Titanium model is the negative blade exposure of -0.05 mm, which is intended to reduce skin irritation during shaving. The sales region covers Germany as well as international markets such as the USA.
