About DESOTEC Special Machinery
DESOTEC GmbH Sondermaschinenbau was founded in 1990 in Winnenden and designs and manufactures special machinery for mass-produced items. The portfolio includes assembly machines in linear-index, rotary-index and continuous designs, testing machines, packaging machines as well as feeding technology such as disc sorters, centrifuges, vibratory feeders and bunkers. Depending on the requirement, production outputs of up to 1000 parts per minute are achieved, from semi-automated assembly and testing stations to linked continuous large-scale systems. The value chain extends from product and process engineering with electrical design and software programming, through FMEA and design engineering, to qualification in accordance with GMP guidelines, project management with FAT/SAT acceptance and customer service with maintenance and servicing. Customers come predominantly from Pharma & Medical, Diagnostics, Beauty & Home and Food & Beverage; products processed include spray pumps, aerosol valves, infusion sets and disposable syringes. Today, the focus of know-how lies in the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology.
