About Dettendorfer Maschinenbau

Since 1996, Dettendorfer Maschinenbau GmbH has been manufacturing machined and sheet metal parts from a single source in Söchtenau (Schwabering industrial estate). The service portfolio includes CNC sheet metal processing with a punch-laser combination and 4-kW flatbed laser, bending up to 3000 mm bend length, CNC milling and CNC turning with bar feeder, as well as HSC plate machining of aluminium and plastic plates up to 40 mm. Another focus is laser welding of complex welded assemblies for thin-sheet enclosure construction and precision mechanical components, complemented by laser marking, wide-belt grinding and glass bead blasting. The offering is rounded off by 3D design with SolidWorks and the assembly of complete assemblies including electrical and pneumatic components. Main customers come from the fields of industrial and data monitors, medical devices, packaging automation, control technology and test equipment. Parts are manufactured in steel, stainless steel and aluminium for both prototypes and series production.
