Large parts are our daily business
Deuringer Maschinenbau is a family-owned business from Königsbrunn near Augsburg, run by the third generation since 1956, with around 35 employees. The company specializes in CNC large-part machining: milling up to 10,000 mm length and 10,000 kg weight (3- to 5-axis), turning up to Ø 1,000 × 3,000 mm, and surface grinding up to 1,000 × 2,500 mm with surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 µm and tolerances down to IT6. As an SLV-certified qualified welding company, the company manufactures welded constructions in steel, stainless steel and aluminium to EN 1090-2 up to EXC3, DIN EN ISO 3834 and DIN 2303 (Q2/BK2) — manually by MAG, TIG and MIG as well as automated with welding robots. Heat treatment, coating and galvanizing are coordinated via a partner network, so that components are delivered ready for installation. Customers come from mechanical and special-purpose engineering, aerospace, the semiconductor industry, automotive, energy and plant engineering, and the defence sector. In addition to contract manufacturing from prototype to small series, Deuringer has been developing and manufacturing its own garage transporter for transporting precast concrete garages for over 40 years.
