About Deutsche Balkancarpodem

Deutsche Balkancarpodem GmbH, headquartered in Jessen (Elster), was founded in 1990 as a subsidiary of BALKANCARPODEM AD Conveying and Storage Technology Sofia/Bulgaria. The company manufactures long-lasting crane components, including electric rope hoists of the MH/MHL series with load capacities from 0.5 to 32 tonnes and lift heights up to 90 metres, as well as electric chain hoists of the B/MB series. Rope hoists of the M series are available as four-rope versions, in compact design and as double-rail trolleys. For existing crane systems from GDR production, electric rope hoists of type T are manufactured as original replacements. The portfolio also includes crane components, crane kits, complete overhead travelling cranes, manual hoists, electromechanical overload protection devices (types BOT and DA7000) and the electronic load evaluation system LMD5000. Production with a high level of in-house manufacturing depth at the company's own plant ensures consistent quality and reliable availability of components and spare parts; sales and service are provided nationwide through partners in the field of crane systems and hoisting equipment.
