About Bogenn
Deutsche Bogenn GmbH, with its manufacturing plant in Sassnitz/Neu Mukran, develops and produces plastic pipe systems for building, infrastructure and industrial applications. The portfolio comprises low-noise PP wastewater pipes (Desibella 18/24) as 3-layer pipes made of PP and mineral-reinforced PP-MD, HDPE100 pressure pipes, HDPE80 natural gas pipes, HDPE spiral pipes with diameters up to 3600 mm, microduct pipes for fibre optic cables, cable ducting pipes, PP-R compressed air pipes and reinforced thermoplastic pipes (RTP) with fibre reinforcement of glass, aramid or carbon fibre for pressures up to PN200. The pipes are manufactured on specially developed extrusion and spiral pipe production lines. In addition to the plant, the company offers a mobile production technology that allows HDPE spiral pipes to be manufactured directly on site at the project. The R&D team continuously develops the RTP technology. Products are customised in pipe lengths and colours according to customer requirements.

Materials & Processes
PP (polypropylene)
Outer and inner layer of the 3-layer wastewater pipes with high chemical resistance and impact strength.
PP-MD (mineral-reinforced PP)
Middle layer of the wastewater pipes for sound insulation, ring stiffness and thermal expansion resistance.
HDPE100
Pressure pipes Ø20–1200 mm for drinking and utility water according to DIN EN 12201.
HDPE80
Natural gas pipes Ø20–630 mm for underground gas distribution lines according to DIN EN 1555.
PE / PE-RT
Protective casings for microduct bundles as well as thermoplastic layers of the RTP pipes.
PP-R (random copolymer)
Pipes and fittings for safe compressed air installations.
PVDF
Thermoplastic layer for oil and gas applications in RTP pipes.
Glass fibre, aramid, carbon fibre
Fibre reinforcement of the middle layer in RTP composite pipes for pressures up to PN200.
Elastomer seals
Sealing of the pipe socket connections in wastewater and spiral pipes.
