DFV Dichtungs-, Fertigungs- und Vertriebs GmbH, based in Velten near Berlin, has been manufacturing gaskets since 1979 – from the smallest punched part to the large flange gasket. The company's strength lies in short-notice production, the manufacture of project-specific quantities as well as special and one-off gaskets; if required, production is carried out on a 24-hour service basis, for example for boiler and special gaskets in repair cases. In its own punching shop, high-quality, on-schedule services are delivered. The product range includes, in addition to punched parts, manhole, head and handhole gaskets, kammprofile and spiral-wound gaskets, ring joint gaskets, shaft seals, O-rings and round cords as well as rubber-steel rings for drinking water, wastewater, gas and the food industry. Stocked items include asbestos-free high-pressure gasket materials, PTFE, graphite materials and elastomer grades in common material thicknesses. Customer industries include heating/sanitary, steam, chemicals, food industry as well as drinking water/wastewater and gas.

Materials
Asbestos-free high-pressure gasket materials
Grades such as Klinger SIL C4400/C4409/C4430/C4500, Klinger Top Chem, Top Graph, Flexitallic SF, Thermiculite, Frenzelit Novapress, Novaform SK, Hecker Centellen and Reinz AFM for high pressures and temperatures.
PTFE – Polytetrafluoroethylene
Chemically almost universally resistant and physiologically safe, suitable inter alia for the food industry; also available with fillers (graphite, carbon, bronze, glass) and as films, sheets and rods.
Graphite materials
Grades such as Klinger SLS/PSM, Flexitallic RGS 3/4, Frenzelit Novaphit and Sigraflex for high chemical and thermal stress, especially in the steam sector and under cyclic loading.
Elastomers (rubber)
NR/SBR, NBR (Perbunan), CR (Neoprene), EPDM, Hypalon, Butyl, silicone, FPM/Viton and other grades with and without inserts for permanently elastic stress.
Miscellaneous gasket grades
Gasket paper, cardboard, leather, felt, hard paper, pressed board, vulcanized fibre, soft PVC, membrane fabrics and metalloplast.
Metallic gaskets
Gaskets made of copper, mild steel and aluminium as well as rubber-steel rings with steel insert.
Rubber-cork
Part of the asbestos-free high-pressure gasket materials in the stock program.
