About us
DG Projekt GmbH is a service company for operational project management headquartered in Fellbach-Oeffingen. The company supports industrial businesses in stabilizing critical projects: industrialization and production ramp-up, quality and compliance management, supply chain and supplier management, as well as crisis and task-force assignments. The specialists are permanent employees who work operationally on-site directly at the customer's premises and take on responsibility for results in ongoing operations – for example with unstable manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, welding or bonding, as well as with audit preparation and initial sample inspections. Originating from tool expertise for plastic tools and plastic components, DG Projekt has developed since 2009 into a partner for project, ramp-up and quality management.
