The company produces seals, rubber molded parts, small molded parts, bellows, intake hoses and hoses as well as silicone components made from VMQ, LSR and fluorosilicone. Processes include injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, micro injection molding, LSR injection molding, extrusion, vulcanization and assembly, complemented by welding and bonding technology as well as multi-component and composite parts such as rubber-to-metal bonds. Materials include NBR, EPDM, FKM, CR, NR, silicone and thermoplastic elastomers. An in-house toolmaking operation with CAD design, prototype tools, maintenance, spare parts production and inventory tools ensures quality and the implementation of customer-specific components. Services such as contract 3D printing, metal pretreatment with adhesion promoters, technical consulting and production support complete the offering. Customers come from industry, automotive engineering, electronics, medical technology and precision mechanics. Production is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
